Renault laguna 2000 front wishbones

Hello,

my M.O.T is due soon and i've had a pre mot check and it appears the front wishbones need doing, never done them on a laguna only a bmw is it an **** of a job ? any guides.

here's what came up

coil spring
wishbones
rack boot
front tyres
jack point needs welding
