Hi guys , joined up hoping someone would maybe manage to help with this issue .
2005 kangoo van 1.5dci
Originally the van had low fuel pressure and was not starting, but would also show a fuel flow solenoid circuit fault code .
I swapped the high pressure pump, now have good pressure on cranking .
The problem is that I'm still getting the fuel solenoid fault , I found a broken wire on the 12v feed to this which I repaired , and I have checked all wires from the relay to the solenoid , and back to the ecu and all are fine . I have also replaced the solenoid ( to no avail)
Soon as the ignition is switched on I get the flashing fault lights on the dash which show this fault . Like I said all wiring is as it should be .
Only thing I can think is a ecu problem that was possibly cause with the 12v feed for the solenoid shorting , as this was chaffing on one of the fuel temp sensor wires .
Any ideas ?
Cheers
