Fog light bulb holder

I thought I had a blown fog light bulb. Turned out to be the bulb holder. Cracked and pushed out. Tried in vain to find a new holder. Went to dealers. Very unhelpful. I took the actual Kangoo van. The actual bulb holder into them. They called up the parts on their computer. It looked nothing like mine. They would order it if I paid in advance and if it was wrong id have to keep it and try again. So where do I get spares from? Its a G1 bulb with a L shaped connector on the rear. Like the one in this picture.
