help Laguna 2 smoke and burning

Ok so I have a Laguna 2 facelift 1.9 dci 120

About a week ago I had a loss of power and then it solved itself and is picking up fine again but since the power loss has gone there is a burning smell and when I start picking up speed I'm getting smoke from exhaust

Please help with ideas
