megane 2 rear washer pipe

hi guys, I was looking into the reason my rear washer isn't working on my 05 megane. after much investigating I found that the pipe has been cut near the washer bottle and plugged up.the pipe looks fine inside the car, but can anyone tell me where the pipe comes out to meet the bottle as it seems to be missing.thanks for looking.:d
