Can Laguna II seat-base angle be adjusted?

Hi all, recently bought a used Laguna II and the driver seat-base angle is just terrible.. When you sit into the seat, your butt slides down into the corner of it so that your legs are raised up a lot rather than close to paralell with the ground. It's not very comfortbale at all.. I have tried many combinations with the levers but it doesn't change the uncomfortable base angle..



Is there a way to adjust the angle of the seat-base so that the seat is more paralell to the ground? Or is the seat fecked and a replacement needed? Or (and I hope not) is this just the design of the Laguna II?
