Six years old & only 25,000 miles but gets a lot of stick from vicious speed cushions in Cambridge city. Nothing obvious to the eye. Is it more likely to be a strut failure or just the top bearing? Could I get away with changing just the left-side part?
Renault upgraded the struts on the Mark 2 Modus in 2008, which improved the ride. Where is a good source of reasonably-priced spare parts, either new or secondhand? eBay only has secondhand Mark 1 (2004-7) bits. Thanks.
