04 Megane convertible passenger window problem

Hi, this is my first post so apologies if this is in the wrong place.





I have an 04 megane convertible and the passenger window will not lower when using either the passenger door switch, or the drivers side switch, the only way to lower the window is to use central switch which drops all 4 windows.



Has anybody experienced this problem before/have any advice or suggestions on how to fix this?!
