engine sounds like a tractor

Hey I've joined this forum in effort to help me with my 2002 Clio that I bought second hand

I've had nightmares trying to get the right engine mount because the one listed for the car is the wrong shape. But my main concern is that she sounds like a tractor at the minute and I don't know what is causing it and not knowing enough about cars I was wondering if anyone could help? Also looking for little bits and bobs that's she is missing like a parcel shelf and things if anyone can help that would be great
