I'm working on a 1.9dci megane scenic 51 plate,whilst checking the glowplugs(cold start probs) i noticed 11.5 volts (battery voltage) to glow plug leads when ignition off...so pulled glow plug relay off-checked wires to connector block as per autodata and appeared ok,so suspecting relay i replaced it....same occurs with known good relay-anyone else had this ?-more to the point is this normal??-i wouldn't have thought so as it would drain battery which is partly the cold start problem.,any ideas anyone?
