this is a strange question and rather long however here goes.
I own a Renault Scenic and want to change the default head unit(called Tuner List) over to the Sony Xplod CDX DAB500U.
The odd thing with the Renault scenic is that it has a radio display on the dash, in the center, with all the other digital instruments. This is displayed from the radio wiring.

The C1 CCU Connector gets the information from the radio and also enables me to be able to change the station, volume etc from the steering column as well.
I can get a cable which will allow me to use the steering column remote, however not to display anything on the dash. The alpine head units have the capability to display on the dash, however i went and bought one of these units. I know there are pins that connect the head unit to the faceplate. I was wondering if there was a way of finding out what these pins do as I would really like to have the dash display what the radio is doing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
