renault clio central locking problem

hi hope someone can point me in right direction here as to whats going on my car there are puddles of water in drivers footwell and rear passengers and the car locks and unlocks itself i have checked the sunroof drains and they seem to be clear the car is a 5 door renault clio expression year 2002 petrol engine.
