sub wiring Renault Clio 2 Phase 2 (2003) - 1.2 16V

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I have my sub in the boot, but wondering if anyone can enlighten me on exactly where to run my phono cables? How has everyone else got these cables from their boot to their stereo? All help appreciated.
