My drivers side speaker in the door is dead, so I thought it would be a good time to change it over for some decent ones.
Took the cover off, unscrewed the speaker, and the speaker cable was wet, and the speaker quite rusty :/
Had a look at the passenger side, speaker working fine, but the speaker cable was again wet. Tried the dead drivers door speaker in the passenger side and it worked if you wiggled the connector about. Hoping its the connector on the drivers door that is dead and not the cable - i imagine running a new cable through will be a PITA
The floor isn't wet, which seems to be the common problem relating to the doors, and I can't see how water could get into the doors from the sunroof (Which has a slight leak that i'll be fixing next week!) Googling has been no help, so i'm hoping you guys can help me!
