Windshield wipers not stopping.

Good Morning.

My wipers stopped working, then I took the car to the electrician he replaced the fuse and put the new one but now the wipers won't stop, they stop for few seconds and start all over again. I own Renault Megane Scenic II, 1.6 liters Year 2005.
