Aluminium pedals and footrest.

I've seen the renaultsport megane 250 (I think) which has lovely aluminium pedals and a footrest.

Would these pedals fit my standard megane 3?

I'd rather fit OEM pedals if possible, rather than drill the pedals to fit aftermarket ones.
