initial fire up after oil change (Laguna 1.9 DCI)

Forgive me if this has already been asked but I am trying to clarify the start up procedure after an oil change with a Laguna 1.9 DCI turbo, its easy on the jag, plugs out, fuse to the fuel pump out and turn it over until the oil pressure light goes out but I am trying to see what the best start up procedure is for the Laguna.

Assuming that when the oil is dropped, all the oil will drop out the feed pipe, it would stand to reason that firing up without some sort of prime would not be a good idea, so is there a way to spin the engine / turbo without firing on the Laguna and indeed is this even necessary or is there enough oil left in the turbo itself to run until the pump has picked up a constant flow.

Thanks in advance
