Could some kind soul please show me the location of a DCI thermostat. The engine runs hotter than it should. I assume it was set for northern climate. Where is it as it must be replaced. The engine will only start if the heat gauge shows 4 bars or less on it's 8 bar meter,
I also have a question no one seems to answer.
There is a small black plastic cylindrical container attached in front of the inlet manifold it has a electronic plug in. and three short extruding pipes to which two have tubes attached. One tube draws vacuum directly from the inlet manifold to the right of the EGR and connects to the end of container, the other has a tube connected to the container underside this also operates on vacuum and operates a butterfly valve at the takeoff of the inlet manifold. Even the Renault agent was unable or unwilling to identify the object DCI non turbo grand scenic, Thank you to anyone who is generous enough to answer thes two
