04 Clio horn problem

Could use some advice,

My horn is really tricky to get use out of- basically have to press really hard in the perfect area to get anything, but seems fine when I manage it- seen lots of posts recommending rewiring and checking the actual horn when not working- but definitely not this.

Any one know of the part I need etc to replace the pad underneath? How do you remove the section without effecting the airbag?
