Laguna II 1.8 Dead after ODB2 connector.

Hi all, i own a laguna II 2002 1.8 and just recently i connected my computer to the car through odb2 to try and read some error codes of the car, the program i was using "VAG-COM" froze in the middle of reading and stoped responding so i closed it, it was very cold the night i was out trying to read the codes so i decided to go back in and come back the next morning to continue, to my suprise the car is now dead, the odb2 outputs some power but not as much as it is supposed to, the car also won't start the only thing that happens when i put the keycard in and press the start button is that the whole dashboard lights up, some clicking sounds probably from relays and then just an orange round light in the middle of the dashboard blinks slowly :/ the car won't connect through odb2 anymore either.

i have tried jump starting the car afterwards aswell as leaving the battery disconnected over night without any luck, i also checked the fuse box and there are no blown fuses.

i suspect the ECU is blown but i can't really replace it as it is hard coded to my car :'(

Any ideas or suggestions on what to do next or what could be causing this ? maybe the immobiliser ? im so clueless right now.
