Laguna II Phase II Headlight washers???

Hey everyone, I've came to the conclusion that my washers aren't working on my xenon headlights. I'm pretty sure the pressure from the water pushes the jet up and out of the bumper so it then sprays onto the lamp? However I get none of this!!?? I've refilld the resovoir twice and squirted my windscreen about 50 times with the headlights on!! But nothing!!! They're dead, they don't move what so ever, any ideas what it could be? Maybe the headlight washer pump ???
