MediaNav

I have a 2015 Renault Clio Expression which has the MediaNav system installed. I have fully updated the firmware/software as per instructions and it has accepted it correctly. However, it has not resolve the problems of incorrect navigation and lack of speed indications on certain roads. I drive on roads of 40, 50, 60 and 70Km/h here in Australia and the MediaNav will only display some of the roads for some of the distance. It does not display when I think it should and it is not very good. It always loses the indication at the same point on the roads, so this is a database issue and not a fault with the system. I have contacted 'Connected Services' who tried to help, but just told me that "due to an internal decision, lower grade roads were deleted" but I think roads of 70Km/h are not 'lower grade roads.'
I was referred to Renault Australia and their technical specialist advised that "this is the way it is for this model and it cannot be changed for individual customers." Go figure..... I advised them that it is an industry standard for GPS systems but they will not even reply to my emails now. I will never buy another Renault!
