problem with uch on my clio

hi need some advice ive changed two ecu sets ie ecu uch and key fob on my clio 1.2 that match all original numbers and in both instances still don't get any lights to work on dip or main and also rear and front side lights yet if I plug the wrong uch an n3 as mine is a bg when engine running lights work all ok but wipers don't have had vehicle checked out on clip and doesn't show anything any ideas anyone please
