Renault Master steering lock fault

Hi, recently when trying to turn the ignition key on my 2009 Renault Master the key sometimes refuses to turn. After several pulls on the steering wheel eventually it is fine. Other times the steering lock is firmly locked and again the key has the same issue. How can I fix this or if it needs replacing what parts would I require and would it need recoding. Thanks
