Storing for extended periods

I have a new Renault Captur DCI 90 that will be stored in my garage for about 7 months? Is it ok to disconnect the battery for this length of time without causing any problems to the electronics when I return and start ( hopefully) up?
I do not have electricity supply in my garage.
