2005 dci laguna with a few issues

hey folks I just bought a 2005 1.9 dci laguna dynamic estate, I got it cheap as the previous owner got it services five weeks ago and the mechanic put some new synthetic oil in but didn't drain the old stuff, anyway they didn't mix, congealed, and blew the turbo, so the previous owner said, he had the mechanic fit a reconditioned turbo clean out the engine, it runs well however there is still a bit of smoke on startup, should theis clear by itself or does the engine need more work? also neither key cards work on the fobs to open or close the doors, but do work in the ignition? and the passenger door window only moved up and down half an inch, then the wife accidentally pressed the button and it went about three inches but would only come up about two inches, I took the door card off to manually get the window fully up, inside the door had quite a bit of muck in the bottom, after giving the window inners a prodding the window went up with the button, any ideas how the muck got there and do you think the window mechanism just needs a good clean?
