Clio 1.2 2002 won't start

Hi!

My clio 1.2 from 2002 won't start. The engine cranks but won't fire up...and there's no sound from the fuel pump at all.
Is there a fuel cutoff switch on this model? I've replaced the tdc sensor with no luck.
