Keyless door handle sensors not working

Hello

I have a Dec 2014 grand scenic Bose previously I had a 2013 grand scenic which worked fine.

The issue with my new car is that none of the sensors on the 4 door handles work to unlock the car but the buttons on the handles and the boot switch work.

Does anyone think there could be a fault with the system that stops all the handle sensors from working?
