Megane 11 no feed at sidelight fuses

2003 megane 11

There is no feed to either side sidelight fuses.Removed and checked Fuse box but looks visibly ok.

Is this likely to be a fusebox issue or uch?

Is there fuses in the UCH or is it just a matter of visually inspecting it for damage?
