Parking sensors megane iii sport tourer

Hi any idea how to fit these.... It in theory seems pretty easy but I have a few problems...

1. can't find the rubber grommet normally found in the boot to Feed the cables from the bumper into the car

2. As the reverse lights are on the actual boot lid where is the best way to locate the reverse light power cable.

Please help
