I have a 2004 Renault Scenic 1.6 and I am very interested in getting one of these 
OBD2 bluetooth adapters to use with an app like Dash.
The location of the OBD2 port in the Scenic is quite awkward. The port can only be exposed when the center console is slid all the way back. And there doesn't seem to enough clearance to slide it forward once the adapter has been installed.
Has anyone else tried to install such an adapter in a Scenic before? Is there a way to get this with a small modification to the center console perhaps?
