Tomtom power Not Renault related

Has anyone managed to get inside of a Tomtom 12v cigarette lighter power supply. I want the Guts from inside but I'd prefer not to go ballistic & destroy the plastic surround.

There are no screw on screw off bits :confused: to me it looks like the two part plastic case has been sealed
