Trafic sat nav

Hi there everyone. I have a Renault traffic 2006 can and my stereo and sat nav has stopped working. I wonder if there's anyone out there that has had this problem. The display on the sat nav head unit lights up but it's frozen. It says security code but there's no way of typing it in
