Renault clio 02 judder when breaking but only when got :/

Hi I have a clio 1.2 expression on a 02 plate

It's juddering hen braking but more hen the brakes are hot not all the time witch is weird :/ it has drilled and groved disks and pads are fine just trying to cover every angle



Any help would be great thanks
