Bose sound system radio sticking

I have a problem with the Bose sound system on my 2013 Scenic XMod.

When I drive any distance over 20 minutes the stereo refuses to change station. It will display that it has changed, but continues to play the old station . It has spent 8 days so far in the workshop -thank goodness under guarantee - but without result. Last time they even fitted a new one which has the same fault, though occurring later in my journey.

I'm now awaiting Renault acknowledging the problem and offering a fix, likely a software update.

Have any other members found the same problem? I couldn't find any threads and think its odd I have the same problem with two separate radios now.

Any ideas?
