oil leak in pluming

Hi I have a laguna 3 2.0L diesel and there is a silver metal pipe that comes over the top of the engine from the turbo to the intercooler I think there is some oil leaking from the top of the pipe that joins to the turbo not alot and it isent dripping do these have a seal round them that could be gone any help
