hi, I have a 55 plate scenic 1.9dci. I am an experienced mechanic and I have a clip diagnostic tool. I have a fault reading turbine downstream temp sensor. I went to Renault dealer and bought one. the sensor appeared to fit just before the cat under drivers seat area which seemed odd to me. fitted it and it did not cure the problem. went back and they gave me another sensor which fits after the cat hence after previous sensor. still not convinced this is right. firstly can anyone tell me where the turbine temp sensor is? I can see a sensor just below turbo at back of manifold which has a yellow 2 pin connector which would make more sense. I have tried a dpf regen and can see the sensor at bottom of chart not moving from 200c its driving me insane. but if Renault dealer can't get it right what hope do we have?.:mad:
