3.0 Diesel Cambelt, 2004 model

Hi all,



My manual says the cambelt should be changed every 120K miles with no age variable - my car has FSH and has done 63K miles and is ten years old.



Am I ok to go another 60K miles. Should I have it changed because of the vehicle age.



Does anyone know how much a cambelt change is approximately.
