Wondering if anyone can help....have a 97 renault clio 1.2 have had it for years, but 6 months ago, right after I had a new fuel pump and filter put in it began playing up. It always starts first thing in the morning when cold, but after I've run it it sometimes (one out of every 7 times approx) doesn't start. The engine turns over fine so it's not battery, but it just won't fire. Sometimes if I leave it it will start, and sometimes it won't. Though it always starts again when cold. It's totally intermittant, so my mechanic won't touch it....does anyone have any ideas please?
