Rear lights confused

Hi , after fitting 2 x new rear cluster boards I still have brake lamps flashing when indicating , could anybody suggest what I could check next , I know to the under bonnet fuse box but what would I best be doing with this , clean , replace relays etc. please any advice will be great as I do want to take to a garage.
