Hello,
We imported the Renault Grand Scenic 2011 to Australia with us when we returned from the Uk and to be completely honest it has been awful and expensive.
When the car first arrived the reverse light wouldn't work, (had to search and find the fuse and replace it, couldn't drive it to Renault Aus as it could get registered)
Then a few weeks ago the driver door lock broke. I could only lock the door by double clicking the key and then it wouldn't unlock and I had to climb in from another door, then the next week the petrol cap wouldn't open and so that had to be replaced too.
Now as it is getting hotter in Australia we got the Aircon degassed (it gets degassed as part of the import) and there is still something wrong. Renault Australia can't figure it out and we can't afford to let them have the car to just to figure it out.
Renault Aus have contacted France to see if it was a recall issue, but it wasn't
But can anyone suggest anything....??
