Traffic 1.9 Fuel Pressure Regulator

Im having a bit of problems with a 2007 Traffic, it broke down the other day and had to be towed home, plugging a cheap obd reader in brings up a fault about the fuel pressure regulator.



Is the fuel pressure regulator easy to get to on the traffic?
