Water leak into the footwell

Helli guys, i have a megane II, 2006model hatch. It is LHD. Currently i noticed that lot of water being accumulated into the passengers side(right hand of car) footwell. I traced that the water is coming from the lowest point of the airconditioning module (at the point where it is attached to the floor of the car right at the center line). I removed the scuttle and cleaned both left and right side of the drain ports, drained the remainder water from underneath the dash, lifted the carpet and dried everything under. But i still have the problem. I know so because i poured warer to the windscreen and after a while i noticed water accumulated under the dash.There is no rain here but i guess the water accumulates because i use the windscreen washer a lot.

Is there anyway that water can enter the cabin? I am sure there is a cure but dont know what. Please help. Thanks
