2012 Megane III Phone Mic Issue

Morning folks,



Had my 2012 Megane Gt for a few months and its been perfect, until yesterday. Trying to use the phone and no one can hear me unless i shout and even then it is seriously quiet. I can hear people perfectly so i know the microphone is the issue. I saw a few posts saying this was a common fault a few years ago but no solution, has anyone had any luck with this or getting renault to sort it out?
