Check Emissions Light On

Hi all I have a Renault Grand Scenic 1.9 Dci 2004 And Check Emissions Is Showing On The dash Its Had a new Egr valve And The Light Is still on Ive Reset The the ECU And it Still comes back On Im getting a P0487 code Which it says is (Throttle recirculation circuit Open) ive checked the maf sensor with a multimeter also on the egr valve sensor i unplugged that and checked again i then had 3 trouble codes two were P0487 so i cleared them all went for a short drive and restarted it all was well then restarted again gave it a few revs the light stayed off restated again the the light came back on with the Original P0487 Code there is another sensor on the valve with 2 wires going to it held on with 2 allen screws ive checked this and its giving 5 ohm.s reading and and there,s 5 volts going to it is that correct im thinking there must be a bad ground somewhere does Anyone here have any ideas
