Megan 1.6 16v 2003
The car has recently started to suffer from a flat battery overnight and I have noticed Orange glow from the dashboard!!
Purchased new battery and the garage checked the alternator said all OK
A couple of days all ok then the battery is flat again, jump leads on and car started OK
Car parked up and locked overnight, I have just been outside in the dark and noticed the area on the clocks / dashboard were the mileage is normally displayed is glowing bright Orange !! and the Hand brake warning light is on !!
The following morning the battery is flat, jump started again.
Is the instrument pack / dashboard faulty?
Any ideas greatly appreciated please
