Injection Preheater Fault

Hi



I am new to this forum and the owner of a Renault Clio 3 Sport Tourer from 2011.



I had the car to 150.000 km service and replacement of the timing belt.



They found that the exhaust values were above the limit and a tester showed an "Injection Preheater Fault".



Does anyone know what this fault is about ?
