Why cant i post in specific areas

I have to put all my posts in the general chat forum, is this normal? I have a Kangoo Van but it wont let me post in the Kangoo forum,

I think this is why most of my questions go unaswered, I have E-Mailed admin but got no reply, is it normal to post questions about your specific car in ONLY the General area?
