Laguna Sport Tourer, thermostat help

Hi all back again I have a Laguna Sport Tourer 1.9 dci 02 plate

Is it easy to replace the thermostat on this car any info or links....

As the temperature on the guage doesnt move upwards just sits at the bottom on dash.
