My laguna 2 still wont start

Hi all I've struggling with my Lag 2 won't start issue for a while now? I've changed the fuse box but there's a little black fuse spare I don't know where this has came from? Can anyone please shed some light on where it should go? It has a little white arrow thing on the top? It's not a amp fuse? Thanks all
